Vendor for Acoustically Speaking Fundraising Event

Provided: Table, 2 chairs, Electrical Outlets (table coverings, signage, extensions, power cords, etc. not included)

Vendor Set-Up Time: 4pm-5:30pm

Doors Open: 5:30pm

Vending will be open from 5:30pm until 9:00pm

Vendors Tear down must be completed no later than 10:00pm

Statement of Understanding: I understand that vendor space is available on a paid, first come, first served basis. Participating as an exhibitor will in no way influence the content of the program. I am responsible for any additional items including table coverings, power cords and audio/visual equipment needed for my exhibit. Food vendors are allowed to purchase a booth to promote their business - Food may not be sold. 

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received by August 1, 2022 may be eligible to receive a refund less a $10 service fee. Cancellations after August 1, 2022 will not be eligible for refund.
